Vendor Terms & Conditions 1. Vendor Eligibility By registering as a Vendor, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the legal authority to conduct business. 2. Vendor Responsibilities Vendors are solely responsible for: * Products and services offered. * Customer communication. * Compliance with local laws. * Tax obligations. * Content, promotions, and claims made through the platform. 3. Compliance Requirements Vendors must comply with: * WhatsApp and Meta policies. * Anti-spam regulations. * Consumer protection laws. * Data privacy requirements. 4. Prohibited Activities Vendors may not: * Send spam or unsolicited messages. * Promote illegal products or services. * Engage in fraudulent practices. * Misrepresent products, services, or business information. 5. Payments & Fees All subscription fees, service charges, setup fees, and platform fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. 6. Third-Party Platform Risks Whatsafo does not guarantee message delivery, account approval, account quality ratings, or continued access to WhatsApp Business services. Any limitations, restrictions, suspensions, or policy actions imposed by Meta, WhatsApp, or third-party platforms are solely the responsibility of the Vendor. 7. Account Suspension Whatsafo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate vendor accounts without refund if: * Policies are violated. * Fraudulent activity is detected. * Abusive conduct is directed toward staff. * Legal or compliance concerns arise. 8. Indemnification Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Whatsafo harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or legal expenses arising from their actions, products, services, or policy violations. 9. Limitation of Liability Whatsafo shall not be liable for any loss of sales, profits, customers, data, business interruption, platform restrictions, or damages resulting from vendor activities or third-party platform actions. 10. Amendments Whatsafo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
