Any account restrictions, messaging limits, suspensions, bans, policy changes, quality rating issues, or platform actions imposed by third parties are beyond our control.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

* Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
* Follow WhatsApp, Meta, and third-party platform policies.
* Not use the platform for spam, fraud, illegal activities, or unauthorized messaging.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments made to Whatsafo are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for:
* Change of mind.
* Lack of usage.
* Business losses.
* Third-party platform restrictions.
* Account suspensions or bans by Meta or WhatsApp.
* Service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
6. Service Suspension
Whatsafo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if users:
* Violate these terms.
* Engage in fraudulent activities.
* Misuse the platform.
* Use abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language toward our staff.
7. Limitation of Liability
Whatsafo shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including loss of profits, customers, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from the use of our services.
8. Modifications
Whatsafo may modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
